What shipping methods are available?

We Proudly use use Australia Post.for a fast and efficient tracked delivery of your goods We charge a subsidised flat rate for Australian deliveries of - $9.95 per order.

You will receive delivery notifications via email. Expect your delivery in 3-7 days. We are Based in Perth Western Australia so it can take a little longer for delivery to Eastern States

HELP - What does this mean?

NWT - New with Tags

RRP - Recommended Retail Price

Innerseam (inseam) - Measurement from inside Crutch Seam to Leg Hem

Rise - Measurement top of the waistband to Crutch Seam

Rigid- 100% Cotton Denim - No stretch

Selvedge (Self Edge) - The selvedge refers to the white edge of a piece of fabric that secures the edge of the fabric and prevents unraveling. Selvedge denim are made out of denim woven on an old-style shuttle loom with a continuous weft and a narrow width (usually around thirty inches)

Indigo - the warp thread is dyed while the weft thread is left white.

Dry Denim - also referred to as "raw" denim or unwashed denim, refers to a pair of untreated denim, which means they have not been washed or bleached

HTF - Hard to find. Mosty used for limited editions and vintage listings in short supply. 

STYLES - How do they differ?

Flares - Fitted leg with flared hems 

Bootcut - Straight but wider leg to allow room for boots

Bootflare - Straight leg to knee then flare to allow room for boots

Skinny - Worn fitted like tights usually higher stretch content.

Straight - Straight Leg crutch to cuff

Classic- Usually a straight wider regular leg (Not slim)

Slim - Narrow fit sits close to your body

Cigarette - Slim straight Leg

Easy Fit - Looser Fit, wider leg - not fitted

Tapered - Fitted leg that gradually narrow to the hem

Baggies - Easy Loose fit - Usually high waist and tapered leg

Jorts- Jean/Shorts a Gen Z word for cut off Jeans- usually worn oversized.

 

How will I know what Condition the Recycled and Vintage Jeans are in?

Our Vintage and Gently worn items are closely inspected and given a rating based on condition.  See our Easy to follow Condition guide.  We do not offer faulty, fake, damaged or worn out denim.  We pride ourselves on accurate descriptions.

All our garments new or Previously owned will mention any flaws in description or your money back.  We note everything even whether the original tag is missing, we hand measure all garments for you. Use our Fit Guide to get to know the fit you like best, makes shopping with us a breeze

 

Can I try them on? - 

Yes you can..... if you're a Perth local that is!....... Well, very soon you will be able to come visit us again in our new store coming soon to Perth City.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay allows you to Pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. Afterpay makes it simple to pay when it suits you best. If you make repayments on time, you’ll only ever pay the price of the item you’ve purchased. The only fees Afterpay charges are late fees for missed payments. If you do not yet have an Afterpay account Online approval is instant.


Orders and Returns

How do I place an order?

Simply add desired items to your Cart and proceed to online checkout. Where you will be offered several secure payment options.

Can I return items that just don't fit?

Yes, items may be returned (Post Stamped) within 7 days of purchase if you change your mind, or they just don't fit. (Please ensure any original tags and swing tag is intact) We do not cover return postage but offer a refund for the price of your goods or exchange.  If you discover something we did not cover in our description ( Whoops.... Sorry we are only human) a full refund will be paid on return of goods, just pop them in the post within 7 days of receiving them.

As a sustainable business we would like you to give thought to the environmental impact of returning an item - Perhaps it can be re gifted, re listed for sale as an alternate to returning. We are happy for customers to re use our images when on-selling our items.  Please ask questions should you be unsure of sizing and again, we ask that you consider the environmental impact of unnecessary returns.

Please Note: When returning orders actual shipping (not subsidised) costs will be deducted from your refund.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't need an account but it makes order tracking and future purchases easier.

How do I track my order?

Use your Jean Pool Account or check your email you would have been sent a Shipping notice which will include a link for order tracking.

How does your Trade in Work ?

How does your 'trade in' work?

If you have designer jeans that you're just not wearing or perhaps no longer suit or fit. Send them in to us or bring in to our Perth City Store-  we then will send you a 25% discount code via email for your next pair.   

T&C's *We do not accept 'fast fashion' or dept. store brands or non genuine items. Jeans must be in good wearable/saleable condition. Any fast fashion brands that are dropped in our recycle bins, we are more than happy to donate them direct to charity- to reduce waste/landfill, but trade in offer will not apply.
