A successful entrepreneur by definition, Joe Dahan, Founder and Creative Director of premium denim label Joe’s Jeans, made his mark in the fashion industry early in his young adult life. Dahan’s introduction into the world of fashion came with the debut of his contemporary men’s sportswear line appropriately named “Joe Dahan”. The avant-garde designer’s first venture was an immediate success becoming a multi-million dollar business all before his eighteenth birthday.
After seven years in the men’s sportswear business, Dahan was ready to explore a new fashion genre - transitioning into women’s wear. Dahan introduced a luxury basics line of baby tees under the label “Joe’s Tees”. The new line of tees, originally produced solely for Barney’s New York, became an instant trend with major retailers who were eager to buy it. The Joe’s Tees line quickly became a lucrative business venture for Dahan. After just a few years, his women’s apparel business grew to include a brand of crinkled baby doll dresses under the label NC Love. The causal dress line amounted to over $45M in sales in just a few short years proving Dahan with the ability to consistently create and deliver new trends to the market.
In 2001 Dahan launched Joe’s Jeans, one of the first premium denim brands in world, which is best known for pioneering the concept of fits catered to specific body types. Celebrating over a decade in business, Dahan oversees all creative aspects of what is now a full lifestyle collection for men, women and kids including retail store aesthetics, advertising campaigns and beyond.
