Dachet Jeans was a Melbourne-based denim manufacturer, established by Marcel Mittelman. He arrived in Melbourne in 1972 and started the business within four months of arriving. Initially, the company focused on manufacturing trousers and jeans, becoming a supplier to major Australian retailers. Later, Dachet Jeans also produced denim for other Australian brands like Coogi, Nobody Denim, and Scanlan Theodore. The business was sold in 1996
